The black shuck, a very big black dog that is in the British folklore since god knows when! That being said there a many arguments about the creature, some say this hell hound is a demon, other a cryptid and to haters who love science instead of reason this dog is a myth and legend. I never personally heard of this monster, though has burning glowing red eyes and sometime varies to green glowing eyes! Depending on who you talk to the shuck has only one eye, like a cyclops. Though I am pretty sure this thing is a hell hound from the depths of the under world!
Don’t ask about the belief system I have it is rather strange and wonderful! That being, I am reading a book on demonology from things like the incubus and the shuck and the djinn to other interesting unsavoury spirits! Though I am not Christian, Jewish nor Muslim, I do believe in a realm where the (purest) evil will go to after death or even in this realm! The shuck is from what I red, a pet of the incubus, a male sex demon that attacks women at night, though not to be confused with my ridiculous brother, sometimes this dog will appear in a black mist, and come for you! That being said now a days this monster does from what I read feed off electricity - it is hell hound! That being said the creature is more of a figment of the human mind….though I think it is real for the most part.
This dog i am not sure what its role is in hell, that the black shuck is the pet of the incubus and the sucubus, that is who its masters are! This is of a picture of the shuck with one eye! Personally I think that the dog was injured for the most part and looked like it lost an eye! That would make sense for the doggy cyclops theory!
Is diet id human souls. That being said this would be the ultimate rabid dog!
Some, including my self would say that Cujo was inspired by this I demonic and large dog! What do you think the dog would inspire other then the mythos of cryptid and fear! Though there is in my option that Stephen king based cujo on the actually black shuck (hellhound). That being, we are not psychiatrists or psychologists so we cannot guess why he created the Cujo dog! Though when I saw the picture of shuck, that was when i thought I saw Cujo! This rang a bell!
That being said what do you think inspired the Cujo story! Personally not all black big dogs are awful, these can make great pets and wonderful guard dogs! One example would be my friends dog, Remington who looked like a black shuck though we all now he was a black German shepherd, harmless to be honest. The shuck if you see it, is the bringer of disease or immediate death or will bring on death! Something similar the doggy banshee!
